How to get yourself a 6-pack, the simple truth!

So you’ve seen the guys in the movies and in the magazines with their perfect physiques. They always seem to have lots of women attracted to them, right?

And have you ever wondered why these guys can pick up the girls but you can’t, and even if you do, it is never as much as you would like to?

Well here is the answer. Women are just as shallow as us men, if not more so. They know what they want and won’t stop until they get it. The main problem with this is that you are often not what they want.

We want the supermodel type right? Well, women want the same. Only their supermodel type doesn’t have the perfect breasts and the luscious lips. The guy who they want has a fantastic looking body – complete with a rock hard good-looking stomach!

So, try to understand this VERY simple equation…

Get a six-pack = Get more women + better looking women

Simple but true!

I’m sure you know that this is true, if not, go up to a girl and ask her what she prefers…

  1. An average man with a slight pot belly
  2. Or a guy with a six-pack, a stomach you could do your ironing on, hard defined and fit!

Each and every time she will answer in the same way, number 2… And if she doesn’t, she’s a liar!

So, how do you get rid of the Lurpak and get yourself a six-pack?

I’m going to tell you right now.

Follow these simple instructions and you will have a great stomach and be attracting much more attention from the greater sex in no time at all!

The bare based facts:

However muscular your stomach is, you won’t get that defined and deeply attractive six-pack all women crave unless you lose the fat that is covering it!

You have to get your body fat down to extremely low levels.

Now, I’m not talking about going on stupid crash course diets or for you to stop eating. I am talking about exercise.

Get yourself down to the gym, or throw on some joggers and start running around your neighborhood. GET FIT!!! You’ll feel better for it, and you will look better for it too!

If you aren’t used to exercising very much, then start slowly. 10 minutes jogging at a slow to medium pace. Your goal will be to jog for about 35 to 45 minutes at a time. 3 to 4 times per week. You see you need to get your heart rate up and keep it there for a sustained period of time so your blood is pumping and your heart is getting stronger. Over time, you will lose the body fat covering your stomach and any muscles that are there will be more defined and show themselves to the world.

Getting fit and getting rid of that excess fat is the most important thing you must do to get that six-pack. But losing weight alone without gaining any muscle will make you look emaciated and like a greyhound – you don’t want that.

You must get those stomach muscles nice and strong!

You want that rippled stomach that only the likes of Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise and Geri Halliwell have?

Well then, you’ve got to work for it!

Simple stomach crunches are the most effective means of obtaining your desired shape and size.

How to do a stomach crunch (you did hundreds of these at school):

Lay on your back with your knees bent, you might need something to hold down your feet. You can slip them under the bed or something to hold them down.

Now cross your arms over your chest and touch each nipple with the opposite hands.

Simply move your upper body and head up towards your knees and then back down. Nice and simple controlled movements are all that are required here. Start by doing just 3 sets of 12 and work up to 3 sets of 24 after a few weeks.

By the end of your workout the final reps should give you a burning sensation in your stomach. You will be able to feel that they have worked hard.

There are variations of this exercise which help to target specific muscles – but losing excess body fat and simple stomach crunches over time will be enough to give you that firm physique.

Do your exercises 3 – 4 times per week and make sure you have at least 1 resting day between each workout.

Keep it up and be motivated enough to succeed and you will become an astounding model of a perfect man! (Well, at least you will have a perfect stomach)
